Vereda was founded in 2017 by native Floridian Evan O’Hara. Growing up in coastal Florida, he was heavily influenced by the natural landscape. Evan moved to New York to study design and worked under several international luxury houses prior to starting his own line, Vereda. Each of the wild American alligator skins are harvested in Florida, often by O'Hara personally, and the design atelier is based in New York City. Vereda is one of the only remaining independent alligator skin operations to work vertically and is proud to produce a luxury line of leathers and garments entirely in the United States.
