• Performing regular inspections and testing of draft beer lines to ensure they are clean and functioning properly
• Monitoring and adjusting carbonation levels, temperature, and other factors to ensure optimal taste and appearance of draft beer
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise with draft beer lines or equipment
