As a Supervisor at Karve Builders Canada, I oversee the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of modular buildings for various clients and projects. I have been working in the modular construction industry for over ten years, starting as a field labourer and progressing to the management level. I have a strong background in business administration and management, which I acquired from my college education and years of hands-on experience.I am passionate about delivering high-quality work, ensuring safety and efficiency, and leading and mentoring my team. I have developed and demonstrated skills in problem solving, team building, and supervisory duties, as well as operating various equipment such as reach trucks and telescopic handlers. I am always eager and willing to share my talents and expertise, as well as learn and expand my current knowledge and skillset. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Karve Builders Canada Inc. and the modular construction industry.
