Leading the growth of the Sturgeon & Kaybob Duvernay, one of the most prolific and economic resource plays in Western Canada. Managing all aspects of business operations, including Drilling, Completions, Production, and Operation Engineering with a focus on safety, efficiency, economics, and execution.

Oversaw all aspects of business operations in Saskatchewan and North Dakota while leading a team of up to 30 development, reservoir, and reserve engineers. Responsible for managing Corporate Reserve portfolio. DEVELOPMENTo Utilized Valnav for well economics, type well reviews, production forecasting, asset evaluations, and to optimize capital planning.o Managed the North Dakota Bakken unconventional resource play including long range planning, pad drilling and development, and frac design.o Implemented OHML drilling to expand resource play development across the assets.o Led the exploration of Oungre conventional play, including drilling exploration wells, technical spacing and waterflood analysis.RESERVOIRo Led the corporate reservoir team in the reservoir modelling, planning, and execution of EOR projects, including Dollard Polymer EOR and conventional Midale waterflood.o In Kaybob Duvernay utilized data analytics, RTA analysis, and type well reviews to optimize landing depth, well spacing, and to optimize frac design.o Implemented Power BI Waterflood surveillance and optimization dashboards for enhanced workflow processes, data monitoring, and production optimizations. CARBON CAPTURE / CO2 - corporate lead on the CCUS initiative evaluating carbon capture opportunities. Performed reservoir modelling, executed field CO2 injection pilots, completed project economics, enhanced regulatory/gov’t relations, and evaluated CO2 sourcing options.CORPORATE RESERVES o Responsible for all aspects of Corporate Reserves managing over 1,200 MMboe reserves across Montney, Duvernay, and Conventional Sask assetso Led reserve integration of acquired Alberta Montney assets (Spartan Delta and Hammerhead), with a full type well and inventory spacing analysis, while aligning 5yr plan development to achieve corporate reserve metrics.o Performed formal technical reserve presentations and long-range reserve plans to the Executive and Board of Directors.

• Oversaw all aspects of business operations in Southeast Saskatchewan leading a team of exploitation & operations engineers, managing all capital, production, and operations (~$750MM Capital and ~90,000boe/d).• Collaborated with Corporate planning on 1/5/10yr Capital plans to optimize financial models.• Marketed multiple disposition packages, including VDR setup, bank presentations, and internal evaluations resulting in the dispositions of various SE SK Conventional packages.• Accelerated the unconventional HZ Bakken waterflood development converting >500 injectors in Viewfield to reduce decline rate and enhance reserves on over 10,000bbl/d oil. • Continued to lead the field-based Production/Operations engineers managing production, field operations, and establishing key KPIs (cycle time, w/o frequency, downtime) to maximize production.

• Managed all aspects of business operations in Southeast Saskatchewan Exploitation, Production, and Operations.• Led the field-based Production/Operations Engineers managing production, facility maintenance, and well optimizations while coordinating new capital activities with field operations.o Grew the Production/Operations team up to 12 engineers managing over 5,000 wells while establishing key KPIs to maximize production on workovers, recompletions, reactivations, optimizations, and new development.o Supported the Corporate ARO program executing >100 abandonments per year to reduce LLR. • Evaluated and progressed alternate oil egress options for a new build sales oil pipeline, while collaborating with marketing on the various 15yr development scenarios for the pipeline agreements and offtake options at Cushing, OK.• Drove the exploration of the Flat Lake Torquay resource play through land acquisitions, exploration drilling, and ultimately into full field development growing the greenfield asset to over 20,000boe/d.• Tripled the conventional asset base to over 30,000boe/d through the evaluation, acquisition, and integration of Legacy Oil & Gas ($1.53B), Canera ($1.1B) and Lightstream ($378M).

• Led the exploration and development of unconventional Bakken resource play growing the asset to over 50,000 boe/d through large drilling programs, frac optimizations, land sales, and various acquisitions.• Instrumental in the capital execution, long-range planning, and extensive infrastructure expansion with numerous gas plants, batteries, and pipeline networks.
