I was responsible for the growth strategy of the Specsavers network of stores in NSW (105 stores). This was done by evaluating new and existing store opportunities by assessing and managing risk through detailed financial analysis. I managed the entire process from the inception to the completion of a project. I did this by collaborating with franchisees, managing internal stakeholders and leading a cross-functional team to deliver quality major projects. - Completed 17 major projects (relocation or expansion of stores)- Opened 8 new stores
