I managed a university-wide transformation program at Australian National University that aimed to improve and streamline support services provided to researchers. I co-designed the program with the research community and key stakeholders. Leveraging Co-design, Agile and Lean principles I developed and successfully implemented a change management strategy.

• While working at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), I managed a range senior executive and SES positions across the HR functions, including leading the Culture Section to develop and deliver the Culture Action Plan.
