Supervised a highly diverse team of 15 instructors and 2 contractor personnel in the daily training operations for 150 pilots, flight engineers and boom operators, ensuring the seamless flow of ground, virtual and flight training, as well as liaising with contractor flight simulator personnel in order to maximize training utilizing the base's 4 flight and boom simulator training devices. Created training reports and statistics for upper management and provided input for changes/upgrades in training plans and practices.

Planned and executed KC-10 tanker support for joint multilateral exercises supporting both air and ground operations for US and NATO worldwide defense taskings. These exercises projected air and ground superiority, deterring terrorist organizations. Iranian/Russian/North Korean threats while maintaining a constant 24/7 tanker alert posture to support short notice Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) directed missions. Led virtual training exercises, integrating tanker, airlift, fighter and bomber assets, while linking 10 bases and 7 weapons platforms through joined simulator scenarios. This allowed for integrated simulation training while saving 158.4 million in aircraft operating costs. Lead planner for multiple joint exercises to include RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, ATLANTIC TRIDENT, POLAR ROAR and the base's biannual Advanced Combat Operations Training week. Lead tanker planner for the base's NOBLE EAGLE tanker support for Presidential taskings. Facilitated emission control (EMCON) training for the base's 4 KC-10 units, bringing tanker and strategic bomber assets together to perform operations in simulated and contested environments. Managed organization's $86.4 million equipment account, ensuring asset accountability to include 5 full motion flight simulators, 200 mission laptops, a $50,000 mission planning kit and the organization's Combat Track II communication devices. Scheduled repair and recalibration of devices, liaising with base and contractor representatives to have devices shipped out/have technicians brought in to ensure 100% availability to the customer.

Managed a team of 18 pilot, flight engineer and boom operator instructors in ensuring on-time aircrew qualification/certification/upgrade as well as remedial training to meet the demands of operating 29 KC-10 tanker aircraft with 90 pilots, flight engineers and boom operators. This included managing flight and ground training requirements which involved 3600 hours in training events, and seamless integration with flight scheduling, ensuring efficient training practices to meet or beat higher headquarters directed training deadlines. These missions included defensive counterair (DCA) air interdiction, High Value Airborne Asset (HVAA) escort and Presidential security. Tasks included borescope inspections, engine repair/replacement, test cell operation, and planned/unplanned maintenance actions.
