The Sound Agency leads the world in sonic thinking, sonic design and branding, and soundscapes. I joined forces with Julian Treasure and The Sound Agency, creating new technology to promote the healthy soundscaping of commercial offices, healthcare facilities, and schools.

Grew with the growth of the Habitat Soundscaping business to director of product. Managed the deployment of biophilic soundscapes in large commercial real estate projects. Collaborated with research institutions and strategic partners to advance the state of academic research related to sound and wellbeing.

Led the development of the Habitat Soundscaping product from concept to shipped product. Grew a team of engineers, user experience designers, marketers, and salespeople to take the world's first commercial soundscape technology to market. Worked closely with end users as well as channel and strategic partners to improve on our product and go-to-market strategies.

Defined innovation opportunities for the company. Worked directly with the CEO to incubate a new technology for testing internally. Researched and published on topics related to workplace wellbeing, productivity, sound masking, office noise, and biophilia.

Research and development with a special focus on audio, psychoacoustics, and office noise. Trained in IDEO and Stanford ideation and introduced lean- and customer-centered innovation methodologies to company. In a company first, launched the first products from the innovation department into New Product Development.
