Welcome to my LinkedIn homepage! I am a computational biologist at Asimov in Boston, MA. Previously, I was a postdoc in Dr. Debbie Marks' lab at Harvard Medical School. I completed my PhD in Quantitative and Computational Biology at Princeton University in 2023, where I was advised by Olga Troyanskaya. My research interests include genomics, machine learning (particularly deep learning), bioinformatics, and scalable systems and algorithms for large-scale genomic data. Broadly speaking, I am interested in moving scientific knowledge and methodology forward with technological innovation.
