Directly communicated with HR Mgr & Hiring Mgr for the Job Responsibilities/Position Requirements to develop the final Job Description. Handle recruiting activities from middle to senior level positions independently. Analyzing client's recruitment needs (such as job description, client’ s culture and industry status, etc.)and identify target companies. Candidates' searching and screening: Telephone interview and face-to-face interview with potential candidates. Prepare candidate reports and present candidates to clients. Communicate with clients to get feedback on candidates presented and arrange interviews for clients if necessary. Follow up with clients and candidates in order to reach a successful closure of assignments. Negotiate salary package between clients and candidates; Finish reference check of candidates for the clients if necessary. Follow candidates regularly after closure of assignments. Update database and follow the company’s standard operating procedures.
