Developed investment case to close national infection prevention & control (IPC) commodity gaps through government’s annual budgeting process, achieving buy-in for 200% increase in line-item request to Ministry of Finance; output later leveraged to rapidly mobilize resources for COVID-19 in 2020. Managed diverse group of stakeholders while serving as Secretariat for the National Supply Chain Technical Working Group; coordinated development country’s first Health Commodities Supply Chain Strategy.
