Prepared the planning of the first Decommissioning of an Offshore Platform in Brazil, developing the best strategies and methodologies for this activity. After the planning approved by the client, I started to manage the activities of acquisitions, manufacturing, logistics of materials and people, and the execution of the work, in addition to participating in weekly follow-up meetings with the client. After completing this work, I was invited by the company's National Board to be part of the company's general management team at its headquarters. At this stage, I also prepared strategic plans and developed technical and commercial proposals for bids. During the bidding processes, I prepared about 16 commercial proposals for the company's main client, which included Technical Support Services, Construction & Assembly and Industrial Maintenance in Offshore Terminals and Platforms, making a total of 60MBRL of portfolio. Before submitting the proposals, he presented to the International Board, via Skype and in English, the CBS (Cost Structure), EAP, the expected Cash Flow, Financial Indicators and Operational Strategy of each bid. If approved, the proposal was submitted to the client. In the operations sector, I developed layouts of production processes for a new factory of metallic structures and pipes, quality procedures focused on Construction and Assembly (C&A), also carrying out the elaboration of new procedures and flowcharts related to the C&A area, as well as the review of existing documents.

I started my assignments executing the planning of resources and activities of the Detailing for Manufacturing sector and Engineering Project services and held weekly critical monitoring meetings (CMM) of the projects with the client.
