I was involved in two significant internal web application projects that played a crucial role in aiding the client's hardware manufacturing process. Through a 3-week immersion, I established rapport with Product Owners and identified extra requirements beyond the project's scope. Communicating these needs to Accenture's account executive facilitated negotiations, resulting in a contract extension with the client. Consequently, Accenture promoted me to the Senior Designer position.• I became a certified Lean Inception Facilitator CLF® - trained in Paulo Caroli's renowned methodology. Subsequently I conducted internal training sessions for the design team.
