A multi-task role focused in the development of each dealer and the market they work in. In this position, the relationship with all departments and levels of the dealer are essential to maximize their success with the Terex lines. By understanding the market, recognizing the dealer’s strengths and weaknesses and working with their executives to maximize and develop their characteristics, I have achieved incredible results as well as their trust when my opinions towards investments and change are concerned. With the possibility of entering the Brazilian Market, I invited a team from the other local Terex divisions to work on a business plan and entry strategy. When approved in July 2010 this gave me the role of leading the implementation of the Terex construction division into this market multiplying local team from 2 to 8 people of which 4 report directly to me. This project is set to finally multiply sales tenfold by 2015 through increase in market coverage and the use of alternative channels.
