Manage a committee of 12 SMEs and 2 ex-officio members that examines S&T topics in support of the Department of the Air Force's SAF/AQR and Air Force Research Laboratory.-Primary author of internal meeting minutes, summaries, and research materials for committee and board activities.-Authored a proceedings in brief about testing and evaluating AI-enabled systems for the Department of the Air Force, which was downloaded over 700 times across 35 different countries.-Authored a proceedings in brief about integration readiness levels (IRL) and their application to the US Army's systems engineering process and policies.-Led and organized two major meetings for the US Space Force and US Air Force, which analyzed current authorities afforded to the Space Force's current Service Acquisition Executive. The other meeting focused on the US Air Force's contributions to the joint simulation environment and examined ongoing digital transformation efforts within the Department.-Supporting RSO's in outreach to senior leaders within the DAF (SES and General Officer level) for briefs on a variety of topics to support AFSB project activities. Was conducted on a bi-weekly basis (sometimes later)-Used Microsoft Excel and pivot tables to track PAC donations to individual campaigns. This material was then used for the WinVirginia's social media accounts (Twitter and Facebook)-Helped provide $485,000 of funding to 79 Virginia House and Senate campaigns through work with WinVirginia's performance funding program. Recorded weekly data through Microsoft Excel and provided it to the Executive Director for presentation. Also recorded the data in a separate sheet in order to track tendencies and other basic statistical data points -Wrote excel checkbooks and conducted followups for $1,046,166 worth of direct Democratic candidate funding. Ensured that candidates received their funding from various means through email communication and phone calls-Helped Canvas for six campaigns throughout the VA Beach region and RVA areas.
