Designed and developed a metrics dashboard that pulled live operations data and presented aggregated statistics and graphs of data. Added a tree based categorization system for allowing product categories to be nested and queried at any depth on the shop page and saved Sales time during customer calls. Migrated the existing one time code based authentication to a password based authentication while the site was live. This included creating a flow for existing users to be prompted to set a password. Automated testing to run in CI using Cypress. During a build in CI this would verify that a user is able to login and get to the Shopping page.

Developed software integrations with third party services using Node.js to provide aggregated views of client financial data. Created a meeting system to coordinate scheduling and cancelling in-person or phone meetings between financial advisors and their clients. Fixed bugs and contributed to various features to the website including authentication using Okta and shared document storage using Box.

Implemented a new SDLC management tool to automate internal product creation, provisioning of vendors tools to support development, and user management and role based access control. Created a high-performance Java SpringBoot application server that allows asynchronous provisioning and an Angular 5 frontend for product creation and management. Built and deployed the next generation of Clear Commitment, a BNYM internal contract tool. Developed RESTful API’s in Java using Spring Rest and Swagger. Extended Clear Commitment features to include evidence for measures of success, associations between commitments, a navigational sidebar, caching, and web responsiveness. Contributed to Envision, the application that would become the new dashboard for all employees on the Global Customer Service Desk. Used REST and SOAP API’s to create a concise view of employee statuses from federated sources. Created alerts that identified potential reasons for users to be contacting the help desk.
