I have a Master's degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. With over three years of work experience in case management and training, I have developed strong skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis. I work with a diverse and dedicated team of case managers, social workers, and volunteers to provide holistic and customized support to our clients, ranging from housing, employment, education, health, and legal services. I also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, such as federal agencies, local authorities, community organizations, and donors, to ensure the quality and sustainability of our programs. I am passionate about social justice, refugee services, and human dignity, and I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve.
