About 17 years ago, supported by a coach, I worked out my personal purpose - 'to help others reach their potential’. Six months after that session, my wife and I quit our jobs on the same day and started up on our own. We agreed to work with organisations that shared our values and where we had clear opportunities to help people reach their potential. That has helped me find roles and opportunities in the UK, Europe, Australia, the USA and Far East. My HR, Change and Organisation Development experience has been gained across a number of organisations and sectors, from senior positions with complex multinationals to working at close quarters with entrepreneurs. I continue to look for challenges that help businesses achieve results through affordable development that helps people realise their potential.My current partnerships include; working with a UK housebuilder to design and deliver a future leader programme (now online); supporting a growing global software company by designing and facilitating online programmes for their women in leadership and future leaders; partnering with the local educational trust to design and deliver their leadership programmes; supplying 1-1 telephone/online coaching for a range of leaders across my client portfolio. As we navigate through a period of major uncertainty with challenges of meeting face to face, I am putting my years of experience in designing and delivering short, focused and practical online development sessions to good use.
