Assigned to the “Advanced Services” group within Enghouse, a small team created to take on the most challenging deployments. If it was not a standardized product—if it had never been done before, then it would be assigned to our team. My personal responsibilities were evenly divided between design/planning, development, communication, and hands-on figuring out how to make things work. I had to make these deployments seem easy for customers’ sake when in fact they sometimes presented major challenges. Sales became increasingly imaginative, proposing more elaborate solutions over time…Provided customers with custom IVR and Autodial IVR solutions, multi-media queuing (voice, e-mail, fax, web-chat, SMS/MMS), screen-pops, custom integration with a variety of CRM, WFM, and call/screen-recording products. This was achieved using a wide variety of languages, tools, applications and platforms.Windows Server OS, all varieties: Focused on Services, Client/Server applications, ODBCDBMS: In-depth SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, SSRS, performance, replication.)
