Helping develop the crypto currency payment rails for an online bank.

Designing and developing from the ground up a web application for all state employees and candidates running for government positions to file their financial disclosures online. I have a team of six developers, three business analysts, one UI designer and a team leader. I do a lot of development but I also spend a lot of time working with the team to make sure everything is moving smoothly and there are no roadblocks. We have incorporated continuous integration using azure devops, TDD, scrum and agile. The web project is built using .NET and front end development is in Typescript.

Did a lot of front end development on their driver licensing software which is used all throughout Florida to issue ID cards. It is built as a desktop application that runs in Electron and is built as a Single Page Application (SPA) with local self hosted http clients that interact with the desktop machines. Using C# and Typescript. My time here I helped with the generation of the newly designed licenses and ID cards, added auto updating to their software, helped roll out the new licensing software across the entire state, and created an internal website for managing application accounts.

- One of the best places I've ever worked because the company culture was just amazing.- As a contractor I helped add features to their existing REST API which generates billions of dollars in revenue each year for Alaska Airlines. The REST endpoints are built using asp.net and are consumed by android, iOS and other .net applications. We used pair programming, extreme programming, scrum, agile, TDD, continuous integration, and using SOLID design patterns.• Added features to their mobile site for Alaska Airlines (m.alaskaair.com) using all custom CSS and JavaScript. The site was made to be fast and efficient specifically for mobile devices. I helped design the site according to Photoshop designs created by their design team.• Helped develop a CI/CD processes for the API and the mobile website using Jenkins, Git, Visual Studio Online and Azure.- Practiced pair programming, extreme programming, TDD, SOLID design patterns, AGILE and SCRUM

• Worked on adding features to Tamarac’s flagship software, Advisor view, for managing financial portfolios.• Developed a live preview feature for their online pdf reporting software so that users could see in real-time how configurations changed the reports before printing them.• Developed an A/B testing tool for their online API’s so they could detect changes before a release. This allowed them to reduce the amount of risk on every release.

• I single handedly designed and developed a ticket management website for DEO and Monster.com. Built using asp.net MVC, web api, and sql server. For the front-end I used knockout.js, bootstrap, and jQuery.

• Developed a custom real time Extract Transform Load (ETL) tool for DOT. I created custom message and queueing library using mongodb for persistence.• I created a website which allowed real time reporting of the ETL tool using asp.net MVC and SignalR.• Created a library for the ETL tool which was able to abstractly read data from many stores like Oracle, Sql Server, SharePoint, DB2 and even flat files.• Created a library which allowed the users to write Python scripts to transform the extracted records using the .NET DLR. I choose Python because it’s an easy to read and verbose language. This made it so the transformation scripts didn’t need documentation. They were self-documenting.• Maintained a few legacy systems which were built using asp.net 2.0 webforms, nhibernate to db2.

• Designed and developed a web application to interface with their product forecasting system which would have to manage hundreds of millions of records a day. I built the UI in asp.net 4.0 web forms using bootstrap and the asp.net web forms toolkit. I choose these technologies for their rapid development benefits.

• Designed and developed a personnel, office and asset tracking application called PAWS. I started this project using asp.net mvc, web api and sql server. This site was also responsive and a hybrid single page application (SPA). A lot of the pages were very rich in javascript and performed much like a SPA.• Created a single sign-on server (SSO) using windows identity foundation and also converted over a few applications to rely on the new SSO server.• Created a credit card checkout application which all Floridian’s use to renew their driver’s license, renew tags and pay taxes related to HSMV.• Created web performance tests to load test the credit card application and a few other sites.• Converted over two Java web applications over to ASP.NET webforms applications using the MVP pattern.

• Designed and developed a website for healthcare facilities to report ICD-9 incidents. • Created a Single Sign-on(SSO) server using windows identity foundation.• Converted over a few applications to rely on the new SSO server.• Created a Silverlight application for tracking healthcare facilities. We used RIA services, entity framework and the MVVM design pattern.

• Created like fifty Sql Server Reports using SSRS. Every flavor of SSRS report imaginable using tables, charts, and graphs. Also hosting SSRS in webpages, embedded in applications and also for generating thousands of letters a day to mail to students.• I converted over some of their older systems written in rexx and cobol over to asp.net web forms using vb.net.• I converted over some of their oracle forms desktop applications over to asp.net web forms and also lots of custom javascript with lots of ajax. The users wanted the web apps to look and feel exactly like their oracle forms desktop apps. So, in order to do that we had to write a lot of custom javascript using jQuery to make the website act like a desktop application.

This was a small Internet Service Provider and a local Telephone Exchange Carrier which I worked at for a long time. So, I had many positions and over the years did many things.Positions: Webmaster, Customer Support, Technician, and Manager for Internet Services of Tallahassee, Inc. (IST)/Tallahassee Telephone Exchange, Inc. (TTE). I started from the inception of the above sister corporations in customer support, initially helping customers to get connected to the Internet and troubleshooting a wide variety of computer related problems. The small Internet service provider later grew into a telephone service company or CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier). I learned the IRES and LENS systems used by Sprint and Bell South to provision trunking and phone lines for business and residential customers. In the course of my duties I was required to be proficient in a variety of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Visual Studio, MS-SQL database software, and as well, MySQL. Other software that I worked with included: Platypus (Billing/Customer Care), PhP programming, C programming, Actionscript, Building WebPages using XHTML, and Macromedia products (such as Dreamweaver). Non-computer related experiences include: Applying for Federal Grants, filling out ASP forms, managing a small office and delegating assignments and work flow. Independent assignments included developing advertising using radio stations and newspapers, and hiring and training new employees. As of last year I assisted in expanding TTE into the Voice over IP market by installing a SIP server and setting up analog telephone adapters (ATA) for customers. I provided support in rewiring homes for VOIP service, and programmed PBXs for small businesses.
