I educate customers about futons, frames and platform beds. I manage point of sale interactions and handle customer service phone calls. I advise the owner on decisions regarding purchase orders, showroom layout, pricing and scheduling of deliveries. I also am in charge of maintaining the store website.

I responded to campus fire alarms and ensured the evacuation and safety of residents. I ticketed illegally parked cars on campus that created a fire or safety hazard. I also met regularly with the Fire and Safety Commission to discuss campus safety and alarm response efficiency.

I greeted and welcomed hotel guests and helped them with their luggage. I then Parked and retrieved their cars. I also helped guests by giving directions and advice on getting around the city.
