I represent parties in commercial litigation and environmental matters. After 20 years at White & Case LLP I have started my own firm. I have extensive litigation experience, including jury trial experience in state court and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida, and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Florida’s Second, Third and Fourth District Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.In my environmental law practice, I have extensive experience with CERCLA, RCRA, CAA, NEPA, FWPCA, TSCA and AHERA, as well as Chapters 120, 376 and 403, Florida Statutes. My commercial litigation experience covers a wide range of matters, including partnership disputes, consumer class actions, contract disputes, engineering malpractice actions and insurance coverage disputes. I represent clients in federal and state court, as well as administrative proceedings. I have authored articles on the trading of air emissions permits, the scope of insurance coverage for the costs of addressing environmental contamination, environmental issues in real estate transactions and temporary regulatory takings.
