After decades representing and advising some of the largest national and international real estate companies on their most complex real estate transactions, I joined The Amherst Group as Vice Chairman where I manage strategic and operational initiatives to evolve and expand upon Amherst’s growing platform. I previously served as Co-Head of the Real Estate Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. During my time at Weil, I was recognized as a Law360 Real Estate MVP and my team was recognized three times as the Law360 Real Estate Practice Group of the Year, among other national and international awards. Prior to Weil, I spent 21 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where I also was recognized as a Law360 Real Estate MVP and held senior management positions, including serving on Skadden’s management committee, chairing the global finance and audit committee and leading the real estate capital market practice.
