As a Customer Solutions Specialist I was the primary liaison between the company and our customers, providing support for a wide spectrum of customer requests and needs. Overall responsibility was to promote the highest degree of customer satisfaction with information, product solutions, and support, while communicating information and company policies clearly and professionally.Using Zoom I helped create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain customers for life. Our goal was to be knowledge experts and a trusted partner of our customers. The primary functions of this position was customer inquiry support while orchestrating adoption, customer retention, customer service and growth. This position required individuals with a high level of interest and motivated in helping others succeed. It also required an extensive understanding of company products and ability to provide support through a set of standard operating procedures.Responsibilities:* Contribute to a team focused on providing a solution to the challenges & needs of a dental practice and working with them to help them succeed.* Respond to inbound customer inquiries, using Zoom, facilitate new customer training and enhancing customer growth.* Help customers understand our products through video-conference, phone, email and chat.* Play a pivotal role in helping customers determine how our devices may or may not fit their needs and help them to make an educated purchase decision. Help customers trouble-shoot any problems they have and escalate to the proper channels if necessary.
