I am a qualified BSL interpreter with more than 30 years experience, now based in south Wales.I am called upon to interpret in many different situations, inc.: conferences, live and recorded TV, employment issues, legal cases, medical situations, mental health settings, theatre, etc.Work takes me all over the UK, and has seen me travel to Peru, Barcelona.

Plas-y-Nant was a large guest house and wedding venue in Snowdonia, North Wales.My duties were primarily that of marketing, but hands on running with the directors was also invloved.

As the first qualified interpreter to work for the authority, I spent 3 years developing a team of professionals who could support children who relied on Sign Language for communication in their education.
