I am responsible for helping students better understand the concepts needed for their accounting classes. I also handle calculus questions that students may have. I have learned a lot about the concepts and also how to teach the concepts which has solidified my accounting foundation.

I was in charge of taking phone calls from customers and assisting them with their bank accounts. Things such as checking their current balance, checking on transactions, ordering debit cards, fraud disputes on debit cards, closing accounts, updating passwords and security information, website assistance, and general questions.

I was responsible for completing the final steps on products and packaging them and preparing them for shipping.
