Duties and responsibilities➢ Maintain filing system for payroll and related records➢ Handling queries relating to NSSF and NHIF matters➢ Prepare monthly or annual reports.➢ Prepare payroll summaries and remittances.➢ Produce all payroll cheques/vouchers.➢ Electronically transmit payroll.➢ Develop and maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality for staff members.

Duties and responsibilities➢ Approving invoices for payments➢ Matching of invoices with respective vouchers and receipts.➢ Record management.➢ Posting of suppliers invoices in the system.➢ Photocopying and printing of office documents.➢ Retrieving archived documents as well as handling general filing and documentation within the section.
