I the launch manager for the UK’s first broadcast support team to serve the combined audiences of BBC and independent local radio and television stations across the North West, and the Co-ordinator of the largest ever pan-European radio campaign of its kind. Having moved into to the legal sector in 1996, I found the same commitment to serving communities and supporting vulnerable people. I was one of the first non-lawyer managers to be appointed as a director of a solicitor's practice in England and Wales. I have extensive experience of law firm development and operations as well as managing and delivering significant business improvement programmes. My absolute passion is helping people and organisations to unlock potential and improve their reach and impact. I am a strategic leader, innovator and problem solver, working purposefully and collaboratively across organisational and disciplinary boundaries to create new sources of value and continually raise the bar on performance and possibility. I have been immensely privileged to work alongside some superb teams and to help those organisations achieve their commercial and service aspirations.
