To provide clear, measurable and priority led recommendations to diagnose and identify key challenges in the Annual Operation Statement and Risk Register. These objectives identified the risks in relation to the systems and processes currently being used and used Lean and Six Sigma to provide solutions to mitigate and control these risks.
