I am the Technical Account Manager for Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, a 250-user, LGBT-focused clinic in Chelsea. I am deployed full-time at Callen-Lorde, where I serve as the Manager of Technology Services.As Technical Account Manager, I act as a primary point of contact between Callen-Lorde and Control Group. I make sure that Callen-Lorde's needs are met and expectations are exceeded, and work to make sure their IT infrastructure continues to expand and improve as the organization grows.As Manager of Technology Services, I train and manage IT support staff from Control Group, administer the workstations, servers, and phone systems, manage and implement IT infrastructure projects, maintain vendor relations, and provide front-line support to the clinic staff.
