In this role, I've started a new team with the VP of Ad Operations that has grown from 2 campaign managers to a team of 70+ since January of 2020; this has included hiring and onboarding an offshore team in Makati, Philippines. I've researched and applied digital, pre-roll, mobile app, and Connected TV ad buying best practices into our onboarding material. I've also worked closely with Salesforce and products developers to integrate new platforms into Unified's software including Xandr, Groundtruth, and Amazon's DSP. I delegate 50-100 client media buys weekly to a team of campaign managers and assist with escalations and roadblocks with publishers as they arise.

In this role I trained and managed a team of campaign managers which included conducting bi-yearly reviews and weekly check-ins. I was the campaign manager on one of Pinterest's largest accounts in the retail sector and maintained a close relationship with their publisher reps. I also managed Facebook and Twitter ads for a high-touch Sportsbetting client that was brand new to market. I used Salesforce reporting and dashboards to measure my teams volume and activity, specifically around our Quality Assurance tasks. This role involved testing beta and alpha features with Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Instagram.

As a campaign manager, I managed multi-million dollar campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram up to $6 million in ad spend a month for a global auto client. I activated campaigns around large advertising moments such as the Super Bowl, Christmas, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Daytona 500, and more. I also ran global direct response ads for a music streaming service that promoted over 4000 ads in 60+ countries during their holiday promotional sale.

I created a food, photography, and social media blog with a large Twitter, Facebook, and RSS feed following. This included recipe development and partnerships with brands such as Stonyfield, Chobani, AT&T, Peanut Butter & Co. and more.Through organic and paid media, I built a following of 4,000 Facebook Fans and 36,000 Pinterest followers. Monthly viewership during busy periods amassed to over 100,000 page views. My most popular recipes received over 1/2 a million lifetime page views.

Managing the social media accounts for Likeable Local and its products, running the Likeable Local blog, writing PR material, and assisting the marketing team with day-to-day copywrite and social media marketing efforts.

Connecting with potential customers and creating accounts for Likeable Local and their verticals. Working with related brands and associations to build professional relationships and expand our clientele.
