Running a non-profit making organization  to provide workshops and seminars to local teachers, parents and students to publish educational and academic materials to local teachers and parents to arrange professionals and train tutors to serve more than 30 local schools, 教育局香港教師中心, community centers, institutions and households to hold marketing and promotion activities such as charity sale, souvernirs, fun fair booths in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and local universities to provide tutorial service to local community

Teaching AL and HKDSE Geography under the medium of instruction of both English and Chinese and arranging geography-related activities in school

Being a Subject-in-Charge in teaching Junior & CE Social Science subjects under the medium of instruction of English and designing school-based curriculum in the subject
