After working a remote position for many months, I decided to try a different experience. Therefore, I accepted a summer position working as a customer experience associate for a hotel and restaurant in rural Finland. This position played to my strengths because it allowed me to work in many different areas, while also working directly with the owner of the business. My role included tasks such as, CRM, customer feedback analysis, employee training and sales optimization. On top of this, I also worked physically in service and renovations.

I worked as a full-time intern at the Berlin based start-up whylab. Under the supervision of my boss Luca Lea Kleene (CEO & co-founder), I was soon able to take control of the CRM, email marketing and accounting departments. On top of this, every week was filled with new tasks, like sales funnel optimization, customer acquisition and HR.
