Contracted as a lead researcher for a joint initiative by FOLU and Meridian Institute on China sustainable diet scoping study

• Created custom content and programming for an innovation-focused executive education program for top Chinese business and government leaders.• Interfaced with and developed briefings for program executive supporters, sponsors, speakers and participants including Cisco executives, other C-suite speakers and innovation ecosystem stakeholders in the U.S. and China.• Cisco China Leadership Program is an executive education program on innovation, globalization and digital transformation of industries and businesses for Cisco's main stakeholders in China. Based in Cisco HQ, it is a Cisco's Corporate Social Responsibility initiative started by Cisco former Chairman & CEO John Chambers. • Left the program for two years due to a family move to Washington DC, during which I launched my startup, Sinovator.

• Launched, published and executive edited 《社创客》(Sinovator) (the Chinese edition of Stanford Social Innovation Review) one of China’s first media company with print and digital content focusing on the impact space. Devoted to social innovation, the magazine featured original content as well as exclusive partner content from the U.S.’s leading social innovation journal, Stanford Social Innovation Review. Our magazine was carried and published by the official media outlet of the Ministry of Civil Affairs in China with a circulation of 60,000.• Raised US$1 million in funding from a leading Chinese foundation.• An active member and partner of global impact organizations including Impact Hub, Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) and Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society. Recruited fellows at major global impact organizations think tanks and universities in Washington, DC and the SF Bay Area. • Organized and implemented events including China Social Innovation Forum at China-US Forum, social innovation awards at CMU Summit on US-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship and first Design Thinking Forum and Workshop at Beijing Design Week. I spoke about social innovation at the UN, Beijing Design Week, Georgetown and other universities, etc. • Hired and managed a team of eight full-time staff. I initiated the fellowship program, selected and managed over 24 volunteer fellows.
