I previously worked as a paralegal in the Property Litigation team and in the Motor team conducting defendant litigation. I am the joint D&I Gender lead for Weightmans LLP, improving and promoting gender equality.

My role was assisting the housing officers and managers in improving current affordable housing and seeking potential housing on the Wirral. Using case management systems, communicating with clients and liasing with other departments.

I worked part time as a mentor at Military Style Education working in and out of term time providing activity camps, working with children identified as special educational needs and providing additional support to children experiencing difficulties through challenging behaviour.

I am a Grade 2 beach lifeguard for the RNLI and work seasonally covering beaches along the Wirral Peninsula. I work within a team reacting to potentially life-threatening incidents by administering high level casualty first aid and coordinating effectively with services such as North West Ambulance Service, HM Coastguard, Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.

I worked as a Junior Paralegal in the Housing Disrepair Repairs Team assisting the paralegals and solicitors in ensuring settlement agreements were adhered to and calculating and negotiating breach offers.

I taught swimming to all ages and abilities of children. I took part in courses such as: Deaf Awareness training and Autism Together in order to enable all children to flourish in swimming lessons.
