I held leadership responsibilities for the Superannuation Service Transformation Team, a team comprised of up to 14 process managers and technical specialists. The team was tasked with supporting the project requirements, design, implementation, and maintenance of programs of regulatory reform and operational delivery within a heavily regulated industry. This period coincided with an era of transformation at BT which included the successful completion of five internal product transfers to streamline the superannuation offer, the introduction of significant regulatory change following the Banking and Finance Royal Commission, and legislative change within Superannuation, such as "Putting Members Interests First" and "Protecting Your Super"In addition to addressing these challenges, my team played a crucial role in identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives. These initiatives enhanced risk mitigation and achieved reductions in the cost per transaction, aligning with our key performance indicators. This focus ensured that our operations remained resilient and effective during a period of substantial change.
