· Took on the new role as the Environmental Compliance Officer at Tardis Environmental- a waste management and disposal business in Telford. This role significantly developed my professional skills and expertise· Tracked all activities to ensure environmental regulations were implemented throughout. Kept up to date with any new legislation and updated the company’s environmental policy accordingly· Managed and maintained accurate records using Microsoft packages, particularly word and excel· Ensured supplier compliance with environmental standards and maintained correct/up-to-date documentation· Liaised with site workers on practical ways to work while ensuring compliance with regulations · Worked on the management of HS2 waste streams · Maintained a relationship with the environmental agency · Accreditation of ISO 1400. Investigated new ways for Tardis to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of their services and activities· Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment interacting with all disciplines within the business · Good communication and presentation skills
