I work as Assistant General Counsel/Director for International Game Technology Plc, a global company comprising three product divisions, Gaming, Lottery and PlayDigital. I am responsible for all legal services for IGT's Gaming division across EMEA and APAC, advising internal clients at senior level (SVP, VP, Snr Director and Director). I am IGT's Training Principal and an experienced people manager responsible for the supervision, management and development of others at Corporate Counsel, Counsel, Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal level. I am a specialist in software licensing, all aspects of hardware provision (lease, sale, revenue share etc), manufacturing and development and I am experienced at handling complex projects including high value litigation, mergers, acquisitions, integration, all aspects of intellectual property and commercial contracts. I lead and contribute to IGT's global legal projects and train others in areas with general application, for example anti-trust. I have transferable skills and experience relevant to any business area.
