I solved a big issue at Asciano – I created a direct line of communication with the frontline workforce.Up until then, management had no means to communicate and explain messages, and, worse, the workforce had no voice. The result was an organisation battling with low employee engagement, which had a negative effect on the bottom line.I successfully launched a mobile app in December 2015, within budget and on time. The app’s adoption rate exceeded expectations from the start and improved communication lines and employee engagement far above expectations.
