Posti's Digital Services make use of Posti's data and analytics expertise in creating new additional services. These services offer marketing and sales executives new tools to segment and profile their customers, enrich their current customer base, update their customer registers and also target groups that enable finding new potential customers. Thus, offering solutions for data-led marketing and building "marketing intelligence". I first started as Graduate Trainee working in Sales for five months. After finishing the Graduate Trainee Program, I moved into Sales permanently as Sales Manager with responsibility over own customer accounts, as well as new business development.My responsibilities:- New business development within data and analytics services- New customer acquisition- Account management for a portfolio of existing customers- Active participation on product development together with business units - Sales process development through acting as CRM Key User and developer for sales teams

Raute is a technology company serving the wood products industry worldwide. Its most important customers are the plywood and LVL industries.I wrote my Master's thesis at Raute on "Creating customer value through industrial services – Case: Raute Technology Services". The study examined Raute Technology Services'​ value proposition. For the study, I interviewed Raute employees and customers from around the world. I received grade 5/5 for my thesis.In addition, I my responsibilities included:- Copywriting (customer magazines, e-newsletters, brochures and company videos)- Managing the production of sales support materials- Close co-operation with Raute's North American unit and assisting their local marketing
