The Sanctuary Project Veterans (2009-Current)Developed and coordinates an activist outreach ministry that provides a Safe Haven, Emotional Support, Counseling, Attorney Referrals, Spiritual Guidance, Letters of Advocacy to Congress Persons and Senators, Work Directly with JAG Attorneys, DD214 Amendments, Contact Significant Others and Family In Case of an Emergency, Provide Other Services Based on the Need of the Individual.; Designed, coordinated, and implemented programs and training geared to educate the community at large of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender issues people face in the school and work environment. Currently, implemented with The City Of Oceanside as mandatory training for all employees and will be implemented with the Oceanside Unified School District as mandatory training for administrators and educators, and staff.

Designed and implemented the Striving Towards Achieving Academy Requirements (STAAR) program. The program implemented at the high school level focuses on the students that fail to meet the academic requirements mandated by the Department of Education for satisfactory progress. The mission of the program is to provide students with additional academic support, develop organizational and study skills, and empower the students to an active positive role in their learning.

Collaborated with teachers to implement an academic support program for English Language Learners. Created a course to assist middle school students to develop and improve their speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills in Standard English. The course focuses on sentence structure, subject-verb agreement, and paragraph development. The program aligns with the standards and police for English Language Learners mandated by the Department of Education.
