58-Twelve and Dwell Communities is an opportunity based multi-family acquisition, long term holding ownership entity, and multi-family management company that has acquired 1,200 units in just over a year, and focuses on transforming apartment complexes into communities where people thrive. Acquired five multi-family properties at steep discounts by networking with banks and brokers and proposing creative solutions to difficult acquisition hurdles.  Developed a project management system for apartment unit turns and successfully oversaw the full renovation of over 500 apartment units totaling over 10 million dollars in renovation dollars spent. Worked directly with managers and staff to develop office procedures, company values, marketing standards, conflict resolutions, and reporting metrics to properly manage and cultivate our complexes into thriving and profitable communities.

Conix INC started as an REO acquisition and disposition company that grew into an REO and distressed mortgage holder, manager, and servicer, including 3rd party REO assets and mortgages by partnering with FCI Lender Services. Visited over 30 states and 5,000 homes, personally inspecting, photographing, and reporting on distressed real estate. Aided in the valuation, rehab estimates, and acquisition process that resulted in the ownership and disposition of over 250 million in real estate properties.  Managed a team of due diligence specialists, reviewed values, rehab estimates, and submitted professional bids to banking institutions, including photos, comparable properties, justified values, and justified purchase prices.  Relocated to Portland, OR to manage a team of loss mitigation specialists. Took over the REO disposition department, managing the bid process, rehab, contract, and liquidation of over 2,500 single-family homes.
