Dwell Communities

Dwell Communities is a property management group based in Atlanta, GA and founded in 2012 that aims to provide access to quality, affordable housing within metropolitan Atlanta, GA & Houston, TX. We currently manage 7 multifamily properties ranging from 40 to 304 units with a total of 1,027 units in our portfolio. Our mission is to transform the way people live by building healthy, thriving communities, both tangibly & intangibly. We accomplish this mission through our 4 pillars: 1. Safety comes first We strive to make our neighborhoods a refuge for our families. We work together to create a place where kids can play and moms can walk without fear. 2. People should be proud of where they live We want our the appearance of our property, both interior & exterior, to be attractive. If something is broken, we will fix it; if something is dirty, we will clean it. 3. Every person is important We believe everyone in our community has great worth. We treat people with dignity and respect. 4. It's all about community We care about our neighbors and their children. We seek to create a space where people can live, eat & play together. We aim to foster a sense of belonging. On a macro level, Dwell Communities seeks to be a leader in the property management business within our targeted markets. We desire to do property management differently and to make all interactions with our staff friendly & memorable. We hope to build not only physical structures but communities and people. We believe that a community is as good as the sum of its people. That is why we are committed to training our staff in excellent customer service and providing our residents with access to valuable & useful resources.
