About B. Ever Hanna, Esq.

I am a diversity, equity, and inclusion professional who works for institutional change. I have dedicated my career to educating, organizing, and advocating for equity and inclusion in various settings, such as schools, synagogues, courts, institutions of higher education, and state and federal governments. I have over 10 years of experience in training development and delivery, policy analysis and implementation, and case management on issues such as sexual and gender-based violence, hate and bias, and accessibility. Previously, I was a founding member of the Office of Equity and Inclusion at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where I created and delivered mandatory annual training and provided ongoing consultation and technical assistance on Title IX and equity and inclusion for all students and employees. I also built and maintained relationships with key community stakeholders and educated them on the role and resources of the office. My mission is to use my knowledge, skills, and values to create a more just, compassionate, and inclusive world.
