Ehs Specialist/Process Consultant
Current-Process lead for the Energy Management System (ISO 50001) and Chemical Management under ISO 14001 at ADB (Asian Development Bank). I generate performance reports and conducts comprehensive data analysis to identify any gaps or discrepancies. Additionally, I oversee all related processes and procedures aimed at optimizing energy consumption and ensuring chemical safety through meticulous Safety Data Sheet (SDS) review, monitoring of active chemicals and other metrics.- ISO Secretariat Activities: Coordinate committee meetings, and implement strategies and plan activities related to energy conservation and chemical management initiatives and targets.- Assist in implementing ADB's E2HSMS initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards ( 14001, 50001, 45001).- Coordinate LEED certification efforts for ADB facilities, ensuring compliance with sustainable building practices and environmental standards. In-charge of preparation for the ISO 50001 external audit (recertification), ensuring all processes, documentation, and procedures were up to standard.-Manage all documented information related to energy, chemicals, and the environment, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations, including the revision of operational procedures.-Facilitate training sessions, workshops and orientation on ISO standards and EEHS management practices for ADB staff, stakeholders and other professionals. -Conduct internal audits of the E2HSMS, evaluating adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in E2HSMS practices.-Working closely with different teams, I help develop and put into action sustainability plans that align with the client's organizational goals.
