As the Senior Leasing Agent at Daniels, some of my duties included.. Manage leasing protfolio of over 1,900 rental units. Maintain a low vacancy rate. Manage lease ups for Newly Built Condos. Lease renewals. Review and interpret leases. Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and Real Estate Brokers. Prepare year end leasing reports • Maintain consistent occupancy of residential rental portfolio • Manage, review leasing proposals • Facilitate weekly open houses and daily showings of units for lease • Acquaint the new residents with leasing documentation, the property rules, the policies, which affect the residents, apartment functions and emergency procedures, to ensure resident satisfaction on move-in • Create rental agreements• Generate traffic, secure appointments• Prepare leasing reports for management, process applications for approvals
