Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of new mission-aligned solutions, including Common App Direct Admissions, scholarship outreach pilot in partnership with Scholarship American, and the student context inventory pilot in collaboration with Making Caring Common. Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership to align program, product, and projects with strategic goals, prioritizing initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and maximize returns on investment and equity. Develop and execute a strategic approach to scale Common App’s innovative program Direct Admissions, resulting in over 1.3 million proactive college admissions offers to 438,000 first-generation and low-income students.

Led three project managers and one business analyst responsible for ideating, incubating, and evaluating innovative, equity-focused initiatives and pilots aimed at reimagining the college application process to increase access and affordability in higher education. Established and nurtured high-impact relationships with board members, advisory councils, internal executive leadership, external organizations and researchers, integration partners, government representatives, and funders.

Evolving the Application (ETA) is a campaign to dismantle barriers within the Common App. It examines and revises the application each year to help clear the way for underrepresented students in higher education. As the project manager, I manage the portfolio of application sections under review for revision in the 2022-2023 application. This management includes tracking progress of individual section leaders against the overall project timeline, analyzing Common App data to identify barriers and corresponding revisions, engaging Common App stakeholders (member institutions, counselors, and students), and facilitating communication and change management efforts throughout the process.

Co-managed a team of 20 relationship managers responsible for providing strategic, operational, and tactical guidance to over 900 member colleges and universities. Designed, executed, maintained, and refreshed annual project to support member colleges through the member agreement renewal process, including updating first-year and transfer operational configurations. Served as primary contact for projects and programs related to the creation, editing, and execution of internal and external member-related communications, including webinars, training materials, and support website content. Co-lead internal Anti-Racism Working Group Staff Education sub team. Participating member of the Social Committee, Awards Committee, and CA Ambassadors program.

​​Served as a trusted advisor to winery owners (family of three) and acted as winery representative in their absence. Developed, launched, and sustained a new wine club program, averaging $10-12k in recurring quarterly revenue with a 97% renewal rate. Implemented a budget model to accurately track and forecast membership sales and customer acquisition costs. Conceived, planned, coordinated, and executed 35 winery activities and events.

Recruited, admitted, and yielded prospective students across 23 transfer and graduate nursing programs. Represented GW Nursing at health science and graduate fairs, community colleges, hospitals, and conferences. Developed and presented a GW Nursing Diversity Council session entitled “Exploring the Impact of Micro Aggressive Behaviors.”

Served as career advisor to fourth-year undergraduate and first-year graduate students, co-presenting career and interviewing seminars to graduating fourth-year students. Designed, implemented, and evaluated research project aimed at assessing the recruitment practices, graduate applicant behavior, and recent enrollment trends of Clinical Nurse Leader graduate program.
