In order to ensure the development of the company, I joined the team of the head office of the Russian division. My area of responsibility included: The creation of the company's strategy "from scratch»:• market research, definition of stages of the company's development strategy 3, 5, 10 years; • audit of existing assets, identification of risks and proposals for their minimization; • adapting existing stores to the new strategy;• development of new formats of stores and functioning system between themselves (omni-channel);• preparation of budget for strategy implementation;• approval of the strategy in the Group. Strategy implementation:• involvement of a wide range of partners and necessary organizations in the work with the company;• creation and training of the development team; • development of internal documentation for the Group, including "Project Development Guide", etc.;• land transactions and construction of stores;• control of budgets and project timelines;• staff training with the definition of personal goals, ways to achieve them, motivation. Results: • implementation of the 1st stage of the development strategy, the opening of three new stores of the new BigBox format in Odintsovo, Elektrostal and Kazan, which increased the overall LFL rate by 0.6% in 2017.• solution of problem assets issues (stores in Ufa, Shcherbinka, Bulatnikovo, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, etc);• purchase of new land plots and signing of preliminary agreements for the implementation of the 2nd stage of the development strategy (Moscow region Korolev, MKAD Sindika, Kievskoye highway, p. Nekrasovka, Moscow region, MKAD Kosino, Podolsk, Moscow region, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Perm, etc.).
