•Leading the consulting practice in area of risk management, regulatory consulting, credit modeling. Responsible for Russian and CIS markets•Defining short-term and long-term strategy for local consulting practice;•Developing new credit risk services for Russian Banks;•Promotion and delivery of consulting services related to development ofcredit risk management methodology, optimization of Expected CreditLosses, optimization of origination and collection strategies, developmentof Credit Risk models (applicational scorecard, behavioral scorecards,EWS models), Credit portfolio forecasting methodology and models.•Management and financial reporting.

•Developing and implementing processes and methods to identify, measure, analyze, report and manage credit risks;•Developing methodology for measuring impairment losses for regulatory, IAS 39 and IFRS 9 purposes. Implementing the developed methodology;•Analysis and enhancement of PD, LGD, CCF models, calibration approaches and other risk models;•Managing the projects of IFRS 9 implementation at Top Russian Banks, including Central Bank of Russian Federation;•Rendering the due diligence services in part of credit risk calculations (auditing of provisions calculated on individual of collective basis under IFRS, local GAAP);
