Happy Nest Psychotherapy was created out of a motivation to increase access to culturally sensitive care and strong passion for improving the mental health of BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities. We specialize in big life transitions; such as perinatal mental health for both partners and couples during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as couples based relationship therapy around tying the knot or deescalating a relationship.
